Cabarrus County Precincts and Voting Districts

This following table lists voting precincts and boxes, the Republican Chairman for the precinct, the location of the polling place within the precinct, and the US House and NC House districts, and the school district associated with each precinct. Please note that all precincts lie within NC Senate District 36. Also note that the information shown is subject to change. Click on the precinct-box number to see a sample ballot for that precinct for the 2006 elections. Some precincts will have two sample ballots; one for those voters living within the Kannapolis School System and one for those voters living within the Cabarrus County School System. For these precincts, the links to the sample ballots are provided by the abbreviations "Kan" and "Cab", respectively, beneath the precinct-box number.

In the table below, if no Precinct Chairman's name is listed, the county Party Chairman is serving as a "temporary contact" for that precinct. Click on the contact name to send a note to that Precinct Chairman. You may use the NC Board of Elections provided page http://www.sboe.state.nc.us/votersearch/seimsvot.htm to determine which precinct you should vote in.
